Women and Girls Alliance (WAGA) is a nonprofit organization based in Buea, South West Region of Cameroon, committed to advancing the dignity, leadership, and holistic empowerment of women and girls. We exist to create a world where every woman and girl lives with purpose, equal opportunity, and the freedom to thrive — spiritually, socially, and economically. WAGA operates across Cameroon and collaborates with local, national, and international partners to design sustainable solutions that strengthen women, families, and communities.
Our work focuses on Four key areas:
Faith-Based Support & Discipleship (Daughters of the King).
Strengthening spiritual growth, value-based leadership, and supportive communities that inspire purpose-driven living and service.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Partnerships.
Partnering with organizations to design and implement impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives that support women, girls, and communities.
Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Response.
Preventing and addressing gender-based violence through awareness, survivor-centered support services, community engagement, and advocacy.
Education & Skills Development.
Promoting inclusive and equitable access to quality education and practical skills for women and girls, particularly in underserved communities.
